Plants
For me, plant photography is a way of taking a closer look. Many people only see ‘green’ when they go for a walk, but if you take your time, you discover structures, colours and shapes that are really exciting.
For me, it's not just about aesthetic images, but also about drawing attention to something that is often overlooked in everyday life. Plants are not only beautiful, they are also essential for our ecosystem - they produce oxygen, bind CO₂, provide habitat and food for countless species.
With my pictures, I want to show that even inconspicuous plants can tell a story - and that it is worth taking a closer look. Because if we lose sight of the small things, we will eventually lose sight of the big picture.
